    Our mission is to design, develop, manufacture and supply a range of innovative and quality children's products and associated products; to provide products and service with an outstanding value. Some items are with SGS EN71 Europe standard certificate.

    Located in Shanghai, China, Taicang New Jolly Baby Products Co., Ltd. was set up in 2000.

    All of the managing and developing team members have worked in Children's and associated products industry for more than 8 years. So our company has very good experience and sense on designing, developing, manufacturing, quality, sources and fashion.

    Japan, Korea, Taiwan area, Indonesia, South America, the Middle East are existed market; In addition, we have well prepared and are working for North American and European markets.

    R&D profile
    There are 5 chief members in our R&D department, and is consisted of two teams -- one for image/vision, the other for construction and mechanisms. All members have worked in stroller business field for more than 10 years. Moreover, we have obtained certain knowledge and experience in children's products for American and European Markets, such as how to design and make strollers with the 2nd lock, link-up brake system, and F/R and/or water-proof treatment fabric according to different standards.

    In addition, our R&D department has built a good relationship with two overseas designing offices. It means that our company can obtain a strong design support from some other very experienced designing teams of children products.

    Plant Facilities
    - Existing Plant Facilities:
    We have two workshops, with a total area of 5,500 square meters---one for metal parts fabrication and plastic parts injections, the other for assembling. There are two assembly lines in the plant.
    Capacity: 1,500 pieces per day for 8 work hours.
    Staff: 240 persons (including assembly, fabrication and injection)
    - New Factories Plan of 2003-2004:
    24,000 square meters of land for new factories have been bought and constructed;
    5,000 square meters of new workshops will be built.

    Source Channel: Has the ability to source all kinds of top level of materials/components from domestic, Taiwan area, Thailand, and South Korea.
    Capability of OEM orders: OEM orders are warmly welcomed; OEM products consist of metal (steel/aluminum) +plastic +fabric or any of them, such as high chair, rockers, carriers and other more.
