    Shantou Linghai Plastic Packing Factory Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer for thermoformed plastic packaging. We produce packaging for food service, fresh product industries, bakery and deli, as well as medical industry, electronic industry and general merchandise markets. Material option includes APET, RPET, PP, PS, BOPS, OPS, PVC and PLA.

    Our abilities include extrusion and thermoforming as well as molding, labeling services. Our major export markets include United States, Australia, Canada, Europe, and Saudi Arabia.

    Our dustfree workshop is totally 35000 square meters. Main production equipment includes 6 advanced extrusion lines, 30 sets automatic thermoformed machines and 2sets of KIEFEL CUP FORMING MACHINE (KTR5) AND 4 FUNCTION THERMOFORMED MACHINE (KMD78) from Germany. The daily output for plastic sheet is 80 tons and for final products is 60 tons. We can supply big quantity custom plastic packaging for our customer on time.

    Our molding department includes 7 CNC digital control cutting machines, 3 CNC digital control lathes, 2 digital control wire cut EDM, 1 machining centre and many other molding equipment. We assist our customers in developing new, custom products exclusively for our customers program. We can supply drawing, sample tooling and production tooling for our customers on time. 7 days only for single cavity sample mold.

    The high quality products needed high quality management, we passed authentication of iso 9001:2000 smoothly in 2004 and BRC global standard packaging. in 2005.
