    Jikko knife company was established in 1901 in Sakai city, Osaka. We have been making knives for over 100 yeas.

    Sakai is the most famous city for making knives, using high quality Japanese sword smithing technique. Now, more than 90 % of chefs are using Sakai knives in Japan.

    Our knives are all handmade. Therefore, it takes a little time to make them. But we are sure that they will give you the best quality knife.
