    We are professional in producing spunlace nonwoven jumbo rolls (cross lapping type) and all converted products.

    We supply and produce spunlace with good quality (ISO 9001:2000), with good capacity (300Tons per month ), with reasonable price, Welcome to order and inquiry from Linda.

    With 2 lines of spunlace cross lapping nonwoven lines, do the following specification:
    Weight range: 40-140gsm (standard weight is above 50gsm-100gsm)
    Composition: from 100% viscose to 100% polyester (standard is 70 / 30, 60 / 40, 50 / 50)
    Width: one line width is 145-165cm. Another line width is 285-320cm. The maximum width is up to the weight gsm. We can cut mimum width is 15cm.
    Type: smooth, mesh, embossing, printing, ect.
    Mesh type: 25 mesh, 22mesh, 18mesh, 14mesh, 10mesh, 8mesh, 6mesh, ect.
    Embossing: big dots small dots, animal embossing type
    Printing: wave, flower, leaf,and smooth light color printing.
    Application:
    1) Hygiene class: making face mask, magic towels, eye mask, wet wipes, any other cosmetic use.
    2) Household cleaning class: making cleaning wipes, dry wipes, multi wipes, ect.
    3) Industry use: making the industry wipes, ect.
    4) Medicine use: making the medical strips, ect.
    5) PVC coating: making the coating under PVC.
    6) PU coating: making the coating under PU.
    7) Flocking: be the basic cloth when flocking
    8) Packing: for making bags, ect.
    9) Car industry: for making the interlinning inside the car top.
    Roll Length range = 200meter to 1700 meter, or even more, it is up to the weight gsm.

    Roll Diameter: standard roll diameter is 78cm. Maximum roll diameter is 115cm.

    Converted products: such as Wet Wipes, baby wipes, cleaning wipes, dry wipes, magic towel, fast hair dressing towel, disposable towel, Hot & Cold towel, EF wipes, car wipes, restaurant wipes, kitchen wipes, cleaning wipes, perforated rolls, disposable gown, disposable bed sheet, ect) .
