    Introduce:
    Over the years, we have concentrated our efforts in the areas of manufacturing of Flexible Intermediatve Bulk Containers (FIBCs) or commonly known as Bulk Bags and various types of Liquid Bags. As a result, Bycom Industries is now an established manufacturer of FIBCs and Liquid Bags, known both for our reliable & quality products and unwavering support for our valued customers. The factory, occupying an area of 60,000 sq feet and with a workforce of approximately 200 employees is situated in Johor, Malaysia.
    Bycom Industries operates a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008. All our products are Halal and Kosher compliance.

    IBC Bulk Bag

    Bulk bag also known as Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container (FIBC) or jumbo bag or 1 ton bag, is economical and ideal packing used for the storage & transportation of powdered, granulated or bulk products.

    Currently, industries that are using bulk bags are:-
    a. Petrochemical & chemical products manufacturers (e.g. PVC resins, soda ash, phenolic resins)
    b. Food manufacturers (e.g. sugar, flour, spices, wheat, milk powder)
    c. Quarries & construction related (e.g. cement, granite, sand)
    d. Agricultural related products (e.g. fertilizers, animal feed, grass)
    e. Industrial applications (e.g. scrap materials, copper coils & slag, sludge waste)

    Bycom bulk bags are manufactured by polypropylene woven fabrics, that are stabilised against UV degradation. Each bulk bag can contain load capacities between 500kgs to 2000kgs with safety of 5:1 or 6:1, depending on the bag design and size. Optional LDPE inner liner can be included to provide additional protection against moisture ingress. Special liners such as food grade approved liner, oxygen barrier EVOH liner etc are also available.

    Flexitank

    BYC Flexitank is an ideal product to store and transport all kinds of non hazardous liquids & chemicals. BYC Flexitank can be placed in 20' containers and minimizes packaging cost. BYC Flexitank can be loaded up to a maximum of 24,000 litres depending on the bag design and size. Safe for the packing of food products as it is manufactured with FDA approved materials.
    Advantage

    Unlike other liquid container such as drum and IBC tank, BYC Flexitank will optimise the use of the container. The one way disposal BYC Flexitank virtually eliminates the possibility of contamination and it is cost effective. No container cleaning is required because the material used to produce BYC Flexitank is 100% recycla
