    SUSINO (Xiamen) Industrial Co., Ltd. is a leading packaging products and daily products manufacturer in the southeast China. With several years development, SUSINO (Xiamen) Industrial Co., Ltd. has developed to a professional packaging designer, producer and exporter.
    We have four factories and our total plant area has increased to 5,500 square metres in 2009.
    Non woven bag factory: 2000 square metres, 6 production lines, 352 workers
    Polyester bag factory: 1000 square metres, 6 production lines, 154 workers

    Innovation
    We have our own professional R&D department which involves 5 personnel. All R&D staff are experts who can develop the new products according to the trend of the market demand. There will be about ten new items and relevant catalogue coming out every month, which help us to meet various customers' requirements and explore the market.
    QC
    We have in-line QC at each production line to check the problem during manufacturing, then to deal with it promptly. Besides, we will inspect the finished products according to AQL. We have all necessary instruments to analyze packaging materials, manufacture procedure and finished products. Our QC activities are managed through two sections.
    Instrumental Inspection
    a. Pantone book: to prove the spot color for printing process
    b. Colorimeter: another instrument to prove the color for printing
    c.Thickness gauge: to measure the thickness of materials
    Visual sample Inspection
    a. Metal detector: check each finished product for broken needles.
    b. Tensionmeter: test the max tension the bag can endure
    c. UPC code scanner: To make sure all the UPC code on our product is scannable before shipment.
