In the year of 1972, our company was founded, and then manufactured the standard parts; we produced the first cold header in Yixing, and cooperated with Wuxi Zhentie.

In the year of 1978, put triad window catch machines and screw hole machines into production.

In the year of 1979, put the braiding wheel for textile machines into production;

In the year of 1980, had the second leap, cooperated with Shangbiao Yuandong for producing Z12 series cold heading forming machines, and Z41 nut cold heading forming machines;

In the year of 1984, changed the model of Z12 and upgraded it; obtained the award of excellent new products, and exported the products to Romania;

In the year of 1986, put the fly frame for textile machine into production;

In the year of 1989, put the pile drivers of foundation equipment into service;

In the year of 1991, cooperated with Shangbiao machinery factory for producing multi-station cold headers; exported ZS308, Z47-12 to Iran;

In the year of 1992, produced Z47-12 nut machines, obtained the award of excellent new product for it, and exported the machines to Yemen;

In the year of 1995, put Z23 series trimming cutters into production and exported the products to India;

In the year of 1996, trial produced the ZW-TA hot-header forming machines and put into production; obtained the patent certificate, and exported the products to Korea;

In the year of 2001, put Z12-30*300 king sized cold heading forming machines into production;

In the year of 2002, put Z23-30*300 king sized trimming cutters into production and exported the products to Vietnam;

In the year of 2004, our company had a third leap. We bought the land near the station to establish a new factory to manufacture large-scale high speed cold heading forming machines;

In the year of 2006, our new factory near the station was put into use and up to now, our products have been exported to South Africa, Russia, Romania, Egypt, Bengal, Yemen, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Iran, Kazakstan, India, South Korea, North Korea and Malaysia.
