In the aspects of production technology and equipment, our company mainly adopts the world advanced technology and brings into advanced PLC computer program control processing pipelines as well as TOP, TIP and STL tip and header part welding dibbling machines. QPQ plate bath type soft nitriding equipment and all kinds of other equipment are used to produce and process high accuracy, good wear resistant and long life OEM portholes and lock plates.
In the aspect of enterprise management and product quality assurance system, we implement ISO9002 and QS9000 systems and actualize Japanese type product quality assurance system. On hardware, we use various types of import machines for testing hardness, projectors, roundness measuring equipment, contourgraphs, real roundness measuring machines, ultrasonic wave meters, cylinder simulation blow-by testing machines and others.
We take strict quality control on products. Moreover, we adopt hot steel parent metal from Japanese Datong Special Steel Joint-Stock Corporation as well as cobalt alloy material from Japanese Hitachi Metal and Japan Mitsubishi Corporation Stellite (Shitaili) as raw materials and welding materials.
