    F. C. Ventures Co., ltd. Is a proposed limited company, registered in Thailand, consisting of 7 or more shareholders. Our company is proposing an innovative way for retirees from around the world to live the lifestyle they have always dreamed of.
    We will provide resort style accomodations, gourmet food, and up to date medical services in beautiful Thailand!

    Investment structure:
    900 shares will be issued for sale at price of 250,000 thb per share. ($6,250 usd)
    100 shares will be reserved for the managing director with 40 shares issued at company registration and 1 share issued in lieu of salary for first 60 months of operation.
    If the company becomes profitable before all shares are sold, then the unsold shares will dissolve, increasing the percentage of the company that the individual shareholder owns.
    Maximum capitol raised will be 225,000,000 thb. ($5,625,000 usd)
    Purchase 50 shares and stay free for life.

    Approximate expenditure of funds will be:
    30% - purchase of land.
    20% - construction and furnishing of 100 (of 900) bungalows
    20% - construction of facilities and amenities.
    8% - equipment and furnishings.
    7% - utility, road, grounds and landscaping improvements.
    5% - 6 months operating capitol
    5% - contingency and construction delays.
    5% - registration, licensing, marketing, management, insurance, communication, legal, accounting, engineering, survey, taxes, overhead and other expenses.
