    The International Markets division of General Coach Canada builds prefabricated houses for resort lodging, tourist rentals, military and workforce accommodations, actor trailers, and affordable housing.

    Not mass-produced, but hand crafted with quality materials by Canadians who take pride in every unit they build. Our commitment to quality and our philosophy of putting the customer first has lead to our continuous growth and increased commercial value.

    We differentiate ourselves from the competition based on a number of key attributes.

    1. Products are shipped in finished form (in standard ocean containers): complete with walls, doors, electrical, etc., unlike other manufacturers who ship in sections and then take considerable time and skilled labor on the ground to assemble.

    2. Units are shipped fully furnished: furniture and appliances are installed and shipped right inside the finished unit (optional if not required).

    3. We adapt to international codes: accommodating either 110 or 220 volt hydro and installing step-down transformers on all appliances.

    4. Products are manufactured with high quality materials: heavy gauge square tube steel frames, heat treated wood (phytosanitary certified), high thermal insulation, thermal pane windows, and insulated steel entry doors.

    5. Minimal setup is required: units are operational sooner and room for error is eliminated.

    6.Customizable: designs and floor plans are subject to customer wants and needs (standard floor plans also available).

    General Coach Canada has over 65 years experience in the Recreational Vehicles Industry, servicing the marketplace from our manufacturing facility in Ontario, Canada. Our expertise in the park model, park trailer, cabin, and mobile home markets has provided a solid foundation for our launch into other commercial markets.
