Introduce:: We provide Prefabricated Fast-Track Low Cost Construction Solutions for Global Residential and Commercial Markets from Design through to Turn Key.
We can provide Turn Key Building solutions as a general contractor if required and can manage any stage of your construction programme. Our structures are engineered to meet Eurocode 3. Light Gauge Steel performs extremely well in all earthquake testing.
All our structures come with a full set of signed and sealed engineering calculations and drawings to meet local building code requirements. We design the full building using CAD design software.
We then prefabricate the building components in our manufacturing facility which are then delivered to site by road or sea. The buildings are designed to be able to be erected by semi-skilled labor forces with no previous experience of Light Gauge Steel.
Our construction connection methods are kept simple with no need for specialist equipment.
On large scale projects we can set up manufacturing facilities on or near site for the duration of the project and beyond, we can provide training of local labor in light gauge steel construction techniques and requirements.
