    Dongguan Ruikun Electronics Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of mobile phone chargers in Guangdong, China. We have our own brands, like "Toofar" & "Excaid", which have a good reputation in America and Europe.

    Since we were founded in 2000, we have been engaged in manufacturing mobile phone chargers. Our factory is about 5000 square meters. We have our own mold workshop and now all of our products are designed by ourselves. We also open molds in our factory.

    We have injection department for charger cables and charger cases and painting department, meaning that all the production processes are controlled by ourselves, avoiding that our OEM and ODM clients' products are copied by their competitors.

    We have SMT, a soldering tin system, automated production lines and an aging room in the workshop. Now, 50% of our products are finished by machines, decreasing defective rate during hand-made production and increasing the production output. We had 400 workers before and all of them had to work more than 12 hours everyday. Now, there are only 200 well-trained workers here and they only need to work 8~10 hours everyday. It saves a lot of average cost and increases the output.

    The production capacity of our factory is about 1 million pieces of chargers and 1 million pieces of different cases every month.

    Now, we have more than 30 technical experts, designers and engineers, as well as 15 professional salesmen working in our factory.     We always believe that quality is value! All of our products are approved by CE, CCC, FCC, RoHS and UL. Our factory is approved by ISO9001. We have our own no-dust workshops for producing RoHS certified products.
