    Prior to starting the above company, the undersigned had an experience of 15 years at M / s. MICO Bangalore (A Bosch Company)
    We are also equipped with adequate inspection facilities including Profile Projector.
    Apart from our local reputed customers we are also exporting to M / s. Robert Bosch, Germany, We are keen to increase our exports.

    QUALITY SYSTEM
    Our Quality Department is handed by our Quality Assurance Engineer with more than 10 years of experience in the field.
    Under Q. A. Engineer one Q. C. Engineer works and a Quality Control Inspector works under Q. C. Engineer.
    All operations and inspections are carried-out as per control plan, which is made prior to taking up a component for development. Adequate Inspection procedures are laid-out.
    Wherever necessary Statistical Process Control (SPC) are introduced for critical parameters.
    All our products carry Self Certificate of final despatch. It is ensured in the system that tractability in material is obtained at any given part of time / operation despatch.
    Our platers who do surface treatment are ISO 9002 certified.
    PRODUCT TYPES FOR ABOVE CUSTOMERS: -
    1) Fuel Injection Equipment Parts: -Such as Reducing Nipple, Cap Nuts, Set Screws, Threaded Bushes, Protective Caps, Plungers, Special Nuts etc.
    2) Control Cable Parts: -Nut Caps, Knurled Caps, Hexagonal Nut, Special Nuts, Adaptors etc.
    3) Sensor Parts: Temperature guage adaptors, pressure guage adaptors & different types of Adaptors.
    4) Glow Plug Parts: Body (SHELL) of different types of Glow Plugs.
    5) Special Shafts.
    The above components are made out of ferros & non-ferros metals. Ranging from 8 mm to 100 mm in dia meter up to 150 mm length.
