    We are an R&D specified comany focuses on manufacturing high precision lapping machines.

    After years of research and development, our lapping machine eliminates varied uncertainties during grinding process. It can steadily produce bearing balls to grade3 which diameter under 12.7mm.

    1. Easy to operate. No expertise required. All parameters can be amended and recorded in PC control system. Previous settings can be easily restored with one click.
    2. Special ball access system. The balls are accelerated to the same speed before entering the slot without mutual conjunction. After the grinding process, balls will be slow down to very low speed then going to the storage plate smoothly.
    3. No differentiation between internal slots or external slots on grinding board. Every single ball has the same probability in grinding.
    4. Cost efficiency with general lapping board
    5. The filtration system only filters iron powder, not abrasive material.
    6. The lapping liquid consists of variable components which is non sensitive on abrasive material amount. No over grinding.
    7. No need for constant temperature workshop. Lapping liquid will keep the temperature constantly.

    Mechanical structure and transmission characteristics
    1. No gear vibration or noise when cycloid wheel decelerates.
    2. Cylinder front-end is fixed with lowered beam which significantly enhance the overall strength of the framework of the top lapping plate.
    3. The main axis can be adjusted between 45 degree and 90 degree which combines the both advantage of vertical lapping machine and horizontal lapping machine.
    With the above characteristics, our lapping machine makes G3 very easily.
    We can use our lapping machine to process your G10 balls to G3. (G16 will be okay, too. As the heat treatment quality is different in different companies, so G10 balls are required to start with)
