    Produce the most diversified range of mattress components in-house to provide consistency of quality, control/minimize component costs and enable reliable product delivery
    Develop innovative mattress and bedding solutions to allow our customers to differentiate themselves from the "rest"
    Have access to connected ocean and land networks coupled with in-house packaging solutions to minimize transportation costs

    Manufacturing Highlights -
    1. Production line for foam including PU Foam, Visco Elastic Memory Foam, HR foam, Soft and Super-soft grades and FR across a varying densities/grades

    2. Production line for bonded foam

    3. Complete mattress assembly operation including tape edge, sewing, compression packing etc

    4. Production capacity to supply 30 cntrs/month of bonnell mattresses and 15 cntrs/month of pocket mattresses

    5. Quilting across a variety of thicknesses and widths

    6. Automated continuous production of re-enforcement springs (butterfly, M-springs etc)

    7. Production of mattress tape for a variety of stiffnesss and widths
