    PROCEDURES
    1. Buyer issues ICPO with full banking details addressed to Seller with
    permission for soft probe of buyers account, buyers bank must be top 25 bank.
    2. On acceptance of point one above and verification of the buyers financial capability by the Sellers Bank, Seller issues FCO to buyer for signature and seal, upon acceptance the buyer shall return the countersigned and sealed FCO with POF by swift MT799 to sellers bank, seller will then issue Draft Contract for buyer acceptance.
    3. Buyer signs, seals and returns Contract to Seller who countersigns, seals and returns a copy of the document to the buyer with soft POP. Both parties lodge a copy of the contract with their respective Bank.
    4. Buyer Bank issue MT 103 / BG / SBLC / LC to seller and seller releases full POP to buyer.
    5. Lifting commences.
    Proof of Product Draft
    1-After signing the contract
    Copy of license to export, issued by the ministry of energy.
    Copy of approval to export, issued by the ministry of justice.
    Copy of statement of availability of the product.
    Copy of the refinery commitment to produce the product.
    Copy of Transneft contract to transport the Product to the Port
    Copy of the charter party agreement (s) to transport the product to discharge port.
