    We would like to introduce our company vaibhav gems ltd, jaipur, india. We are one of the biggest manufacturers of precious and semi-precious gemstones. Other than gems stones we have manufacturing plants for jewellery, diamond and chains. Our manufacturing plants are in jaipur (india), bangkok (thailand) and hongkong. Our main sales and marketing office is in newyork (u. S. A). We have jewellery television channels in u. K and germany and our customers include some big names in fortune 500.




    Vaibhav gems limited (vgl) was incorporated in 1989. The company is listed on the nse, bse, ase and jaipur stock exchanges, with a market capitalization of approx. Rs.12000 million.



    In 1996, vgl setup a coloured gemstones studded gold jewellery manufacturing unit on a pilot scale, which has now become a 100% eou having an export turnover of above rs.2195 million annually. Today, vgl is one of the largest exporters of colored gemstones and studded jewellery from india.



    Vgl is an established leader in sourcing and manufacturing high quality colored gemstones. It has been the recipient of the national awards for highest export in the gemstones category twelve times since 1983 (ten in succession).



    Vgl presently manufactures almost every variety of gemstones. Semi-precious stones like, tanzanite, apatite, fire opal, amethyst, aquamarine, citrine, pink tourmaline, red garnet, rhodolite garnet, iolite, peridot, tsavorite, blue topaz etc. Precious stones like emerald, blue sapphire, yellow sapphire, and ruby etc. Cut and polished into various form i. E. Faceted, cabochons, checkerboard, princess, radian, diamond, beads, and carvings etc.



    Vgl has developed very strong commercial relationships with the mining and procurement enterprises for tanzanite and other stones, such as, tsavorite, apatite, pink tourmaline and emerald. It has strong contacts in brazil and africa for a wide range of coloured stone roughs. Most of purchases are made directly from mines, in important places such as tanzania. A strong hold over procurement, directly from the mines makes sure that vgl is always able to fulfill its commitments in this industry where the raw material is always limited and never produced at the factories.



    Presently our market for gems stone (exports) is in u. S. A, u. K, china, hong kong, thailand, japan & germany and we are planning to expand our business in other countries.
