    PRODUCTION:
    15 production lines, efficient in staff and equipment, allow to produce 15.000 tons per year and to comply with all requests in a rigorous respect of deadlines.

    TRACEABILITY:
    Our products are produced with selected meats exclusively coming from E.U. accredited slaughterhouses. The codification of the meats lots, once received, allows perfect tracability during the manufacturing process, from the packaging up to the stocking.

    HYGIENE AND QUALITY:
    An efficient quality department allowed us to obtain IFS Certification (International Food Standard) at upper level.
    During the production, under HACCP process, continious controls ensure an optimal reliability, from the raw material up to the finished product.
    Foreign bodies detection takes place at each level of production, by manual or automated sorting out.
    A laboratory for quick analyses is intended to continuously control each production in order to assure a constant quality.
    A second laboratory reinforces the control with chemical and bacteriological analyses on finished products.
    The analyses are consolidated with controls carried out by independant laboratories, either on auto-controls or on customer's request.

    ENVIRONMENT
    As our plant is located at the bottom of the Pyrenees, on a protected area, the environment is at the heat of our concerns.

    Water: the rejections are controlled thanks to a computized self-control station accredited by the National Water Agency. A processing station for the cooked meats juices by filtration, centrifugation, concentration and mechanical compression of vapours allows to minimize the releases while promoting the residual fats and meat in an optimal way. Residual effluents, as well strongly depolluted, transit in our purification station before being rejected in the municipal station.

    Air: Our activity has no influence on the environment thanks to the use of gas and electricity as sources of energy.
