Founded in 1984 by Hermann Josef and Heinrich Elfering, the brand name soon developed to become a world wide synonym for superb quality at fair prices. Located in Germanys largest meat producing area Elfering supplies to customers in more than 40 countries. The cutting plant is EU certified (DE EZ 958 EG) and is focussing on pork and beef meat.

Professional cutting, packing, blast freezing and deep freeze cold storing are subject to permanent controlling by the veterinary authority of the city of Borken, thus guaranteeing quality standards by maintaining strictest regulations as you can expect it from products
