Introduce:: Jamomeno is a company devoted to create first quality Iberian pork meat from the area where we are located, the Extremadura region in Southwest Spain, where pigs are free range on the plains and eaten a certain amount of acorns prior to be slaughtered. Acorns will give the pork that wonderful extra complexity.
