    We started making dutch goudas from our farm in minnesota. All natural with no hormones or antibiotics. We studied and travelled in holland to make the best gouda avialble worldwide. Our bison is also hormone and antibiotic free raised on our own bison ranch. Very low in cholesterol and fat but extremely high in protein and iron. We are a family-run business.
