    Uygun Rafine Ltd has been running business since 1960s. Its headquarter is in Istanbul, and the plant is in Havran, Balikesir. Uygun Rafine is a producer of olive, olive oil and natural olive oil soaps in Turkey. The company manufactures all types of olive products and possesses the necessary means of exporting to all over the world. Besides the experiences gained over the years, the company understands and meets the needs of the customers and is known to be one of the most reputed companies in the industry.

    Uygun Rafine Integrated Olive Oil Facility implements its production operations in the outskirts of Mount Ida (Havran), which is known as the land of the most delicious olives. Thefactory is located on a 7.100 m2 land with 3.000 m2 indoor area and has a production capacity of 10.000 ton a year.

    Initially established as an olive oil refinary in 1960s, the plant has expanded with the additions of a storage facility in the recent years and an olive-crushing facility in 2003. In addition to the plant being equipped with the most recent and modern Technologies, with its environmental sensitivity it owns ISO9001 and HACCP quality certificates.

    Uygun Rafine gained a stronger position by its exports to countries such as Spain, Italy, USA, Canada, Israel, India, Malaysia, South Korea and Thailand and also by its domestic market activities. The company s goal is to represent olive oil abroad and increase the consumption in the domestic market.

    While creating the brand Monte Ida, Uygun Rafine was inspired by the mythological name of Kaz Dagi that is located in North Aegean Region. Kaz Dagi is known to be one of the best lands in the world that the most productive olive trees and the most tasteful olives are grown. With Monte Ida, that converted its creation reason in to an ideology, the most tasteful olives that can be found and the oil derived from these olives are served to you with the most suitable conditions and without changing its natural taste.
