    Greetings from house of PATWARY POTATO FLAKES LIMITED (PPFL), the largest POTATO FLAKES manufacturing company in Bangladesh, worth of approximate 15.75 Million United States Dollar, committed with the annual production capacity of 7500 Metric Ton Potato Flakes. Patwary Potato Flakes has started its journey of production from Nov.2004 equipped with the state of art technical collaboration with world famous food technology of Noord-Oost, Netherlands, Cam group of Switzerland and PKC GmbH of Germany. Under the esteem leadership of PATWARY GROUP OF COMPANIES, with in this short period, PPFL is already adopted the following certification

    The HACCP Certificate is under process and can be provided after Mid July 2005.

    As PPFL are devoted to serve the best product in this field, PPFL produces flakes made from whole Potatoes using the average size of Potatoes from 1.25 gm to 1.50 gm. Especially for Potato Flakes PPFL uses here principally the Diamond type Potato (Sollanum Tuberosum) and the seeds are imported from Netherlands. More over PPFL doesnot produce flakes that are made from slivers of the French Fries production.

The main projection of PPFLs POTATO FLAKES and POTATO POWDER, which are produced on drum dryers and dried potatoes grown on bio environments with client assistance at growers level. Free flowing potato flakes are produced from good quality potatoes after washing, peeling, inspection, slicing, precooking, cooling, cooking, drying and flaking to provide the size specifications of the customer. Flakes are produced according to the specification of the client. Mostly the specifications of standard flakes are more or less the same over the world.
