Procedures:
Buyer sends LOI + bcl or authorization to banking soft probe;
Seller issues fco for buyer acceptance, signature, stamps, and return it to the seller with authorization to verify and confirm funds on the buyers bank account by the sellers bank via Swift mt 799.
Sellers bank verifies funds on the buyers account and issues contract to buyer for their signature, seal and stamp.
Buyer returns to seller by email the signed, sealed and notarized contract
Seller signs, seals and stamps the contract and sends by email back to buyer.
Sellers bank will send the POP to the buyers bank.
Within five (5) international banking days of signing the contract by the buyer and the seller, the buyer must issue in favor of the seller the non operative payment instrument, irrevocable, confirmed, transferable, divisible as above mentioned
