    3. Buyer sends back ncnda contract, signed and stamped.
    4. Seller issues fco
    5. Buyer returns fco+bcl, signed and stamped
    6. Seller issues draft contract
    7. Buyer returns draft contract, signed and stamped.
    8. Seller signs sale and purchase contract (hard copies).
    9. Buyer signs after the seller and sends back its preliminary by email and returns received signed hard copies bank by delivery service (dhl, fedex, etc).
    10. Seller issues 2% non operative performance bond.
    11. Buyer issues non operative documentary letter or credit (dlc)
    12. Active pb.
    13. Shipments start.
