    The patent-pending unique concept of the LaborSave guarantees reliable operation at rates of up to 1300 sacks per hour, depending on the LaborSave model (VHC) , sack size, and optional accessories.
    LaborSave Technology
    Manual opening and emptying of sacks is very labor intensive and thus very costly. Furthermore, it can produce high levels of dust that can be dangerous if inhaled or if the dust comes into contact with the skin.
    Due to its unique advantages, the LaborSaveTM fully automatic sack opening and emptying system provides the ultimate solution even if you have an existing system that is supposed to perform this operation.
    The loading of the full pallets and the removal of the empty pallets is performed by a forklift operator or automatically (option) . Everything else is performed without any human intervention. Each cycle, LaborSaveTM mechanically grabs a layer of sacks, slits the sacks and empties the sacks into a hopper, assuring complete utilization of the contents. Empty sacks are compressed into a collection bin at HC type or into a compactor at VHC type.
    LaborSaveTM can easily handle an up to 1, 300 sacks per hour. The use of mechanical grabbers facilitates the handling of most types of sacks: plastic, paper and burlap (single or multi-layered) filled with granular or powdered products.
    LaborSaveTM enables the handling of most methods of sack arrangement on the pallet, and inclinations of up to 250 mm. Over 99. 99% of the contents are collected in most cases, reducing wastage.
    LaborSaveTM is controlled by a menu-driven, user-friendly automatic control system, enabling the control of system parameters. Laborsavetm has a level sensor in the hopper to fit the capacity of the LaborSaveTM to the customer`s system capacity.
