    We process the Tara tree fruit, Tara Pods (Naturaly grown in Peruvian Andes) ,

    From Tara Pods, we obtain a product with high contend of Tannin (Galotannins 50% and Elagitannins 5%), the most common use is in the Leather tannin process.

    From the Tara seed we obtain through a 100% mechanical process a natural Galactomanan (Tara Gum) a natural Gum used and certified in Europe for human consumption under CODEX E-417. Tara Gum is traditionally used as a thickener and stabilizing ingredient in the Dairy, meat and beverage industries.
