Xinjiang Tianye Co., Ltd. and Xinjiang Tianye Water-Saving Co., Ltd. are both controlled by the Xinjiang Tianye Group, and were listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in June 1996 and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in February 2006 respectively. "Tianye Chemicals" was recognized as a "China Top Brand" and "Chinese Famous Brand" in 2007 due to superior product quality and sophisticated quality control systems.
