    Matsuoka Co.,Ltd. was established in 1950 has grown from a small trading company to one of the leading seafood importers,and we started as frozen and refrigerated logistics company headquartered in Shimonoseki city, Yamaguchi Prefecture in Japan.

    The company has been active in modern frozen and refrigerated warehousing services for more than 60 years and now ranked 6th in size nationally in Japan.
    It has 7 refrigerated and frozen warehouses in Shimonoseki, Osaka, Fukuoka, and Funabashi in Chiba Prefecture.

    At the begining of August, 2012, We announced our plans to construct a new 54,108 square meter cold warehousing space at the port of Kawasaki, Higashi-Ohgishima, close to the greater Tokyo area to support the growing demand customers.

    Construction will begin immediately with completion in the winter of 2012. After construction, It will be the largest single site operation in Japan which has a capacity for 50,000 pallets for clients, refrigerated loading and unloading docks which can accommodate up to 60 trucks at the same time. Temperature while the loading dock is maintained at plus 1 degrees.C.

    In view of the steady increase in the demand for fish consumption worldwide, We are also now working to export Japanese Seafood products to not only Asian countries but European and African countries.

    We can provide you with a steady supply of any kind fish caught off the coast of Japan based on the demands of your local marketplace.
