Burnt Ground Seafood buys and processes seafood in seasoned Lobster Tails from August 1st. to March 31st. and buy Conch meat all year long. The company was founded on an export industry demand for conch shells to be fabricated as gift jewelry and decorating components. The was able to satisfy the demands and saturated the market only to find that diversification of the product lines were needed. The enterprise continued by processing the raw Conch meat that was extracted from the shell into a professionally packed seafood product.
