Introduce:: We represent an association of unionized fishermen who have decided they want to be closer to final customers bringing better quality, competitive prices and to get a better income for their associated people. Working in this way, joining efforts with them, we can keep a much closer control of quality and traceability from the harvesting methods forward in order to guarantee the best quality, freshness, etc. Every quality issue or customer concern can be controlled since the very begining of the process and full concern of all involved can be obtained since we are all in this together with a sole common goal.

We control a total biomass to be harvested in the coming months of up to 1.000.000 units, with an estimate size assortment as follows:
