Being a State-owned shareholding company, Saincom is subordinated to Shandong Agricultural Industry & Commerce Group Corporation. Saincom invests and holds Shandong Yinuo Muslim food Co., Ltd. and Jinan Saincom Management & Consultation Co., Ltd.

    The main business scope of the company is as follows: the import and export of plastic scrap, agricultural products, meats and livestock; isolation and breeding of animals and the agent service of Isolation &Quarantine; agricultural technology development; consulting service of quality accreditation, program-feasibility research and markerting plan; sales of seeds; design & construction of garden virescence and water-saving irrigation projects etc.
