    History:
    Danang Food Joint-Stock Company (abbreviated as Danafood) is originated from the Danang Food Company established in 1992 at the Decision No.2967/QD-UB dated 17 October 1992 of the People s Committee of Quang Nam-Danang.

    In 1996, Danang Food Company became an affiliate of the Southern Food Corporation in accordance to the Decision No. 120/TCT/TCLD-QD dated 31 May 1996 of the Management Board.

    The company was re-named as Danang Food Company based on Decision 070/ QD-HDQT dated 04 July 2001 of the Management Board of the Southern Food Corporation when its main functions are to manage and operate business activities in Danang.

    On 09 December 2004 the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issued on Decision No. 4446/QD/BNN-TCCB on changing the Danang Food State-owned Company into Danang Food Joint-stock Company.

    Organization:

    Danafood was organized and operated according to Law of Enterprise No. 60/2005/QH11 dated 29 November 2005 ratified by the eleventh Vietnam National Assembly. Operation of the company is based on the third-amended regulations approved by the shareholders meeting on 28 March 2008
