The holding company has 4 subsidiaries: Yangzhou Chenhua Chemical Sales Co., Ltd., Yangzhou Chenhua Latex Co., Ltd., Baoying County Chenhua Polyurethane Material Co., Ltd. and Shanghai New Material Co., Ltd.
    Our company covers the area of 120,000 square meters, including a building area of 28,000 square meters. The total asset is USD28,800,000. There are over 500 workers in our company, among which there are about 71 professional technicians and 38 technicians. A technique center authorized by Jiangsu Province is also established in our company.
