    The SFB AG is committed to the engineering and manufacturing of innovative powder coating and wet coating plants. As a joint venture, we assume the total responsibility from design, through to successful integration into running operations for international customers.


    Automatic powder coating of small parts on belt

    On this revolutionary process, the small parts are manually or automatically positioned on a flat conveyor, powder coated on one side, and after curing automatically turned and then coated on the other side.

    This is happening continuosly at a line speed of up to 2 meters per minute and a bandwith of 800 mm.
    The result is an extremely high capacity of up to 20'000 pieced per hour.

    Worldwide, over 20 of such powder coating lines are in operation. More than one billion small parts each year are powder coated on SFB systems. This results in 11,500 parts per hour.
