    It's hard to describe in words but spraying cleaner on to a graffiti wall previously coated with this stuff is like watching magic. Right in front of your eyes, the remover starts to dissolve the graffiti while the coating acts to repel the liquid causing any contaminant to lift and gracefully run down the wall, leaving behind the same perfectly clean surface ready to be cleaned just as easily next time it's attacked. This action is so effective that it knocks hours off normal cleaning times and since clean walls don't need to be redecorated you automatically save money on that too. Cost effective and rewarding.

    easy-guard fire protection coating: This one really speaks for itself. If your walls need to comply with a Class 0 or Class 1 fire standard then this is the product for you. Adhering to regulations, this coating prevents fires spreading by encapsulating potentially flammable paint making for a much safer environment if there is a fire, particularly when escape routes are protected. If you are going to use this coating it would be sensible to put a coat of easy-on over the top to protect the fire retardant coating, which is more expensive in comparison and not nearly as durable. Using these two products in this way you can guarantee yourself a clean, Class 0 or Class 1 wall for up to 20 years without having to worry about your fire protection efforts being compromised by overzealous cleaning.
