    Village Coco Charcoal purchases coconut shell, processes it into charcoal, crush and package it into bulk bags and distribute to international clients.

    Village Coco Charcoal processes the shell in small, efficient kilns managed by experienced charcoal makers. With well-established and comprehensive quality assurance and production systems in place Village Coco Charcoal can ensure a high and consistent quality of charcoal. Our members have the capacity to produce several hundred tonnes of charcoal per month.

    The charcoal is then graded into different sizes and packed in dust proof 20 kilogram bags for safe and dust free shipment. The minimum order is 24 tonnes, or one 40 foot container F.O.B Manila.

    Our sourcing island also has several advantages over other coconut charcoal markets in the Philippines.

    - The island also has a small population so only a small number of shells are consumed locally unlike other regions in the Philippines.
    - There are over one million palms in a radius of 20 kilometers of the warehouse so land logistics costs are keeping very low.
    - There are no other major exporters in the market so we get an excellent and more consistent price.
    - Our island does not get typhoons or extreme weather, it is sheltered by the islands to the east, so it has the most consistent and reliable supply of coconut by-products in the country.
    - Our island's small port in the supply region is efficient but also cheap with low port-related fees.
