    Zhejiang Chenking Forging Co., Ltd. founded in 1985, is a private company with 180 employees, 25 of whom are technicians. Our company takes a floor area of 20,000 square meters and a building area of 6,000 square meters. Our fixed asset amounts to USD12 million. The sales volume amounts to USD 13 million. Our company is near Wenzhou airport. The main products include forged valve bodies, forged valve bonnets, forged iron cores of rubber track, forged stainless steel valve bodies and spheres, forged car steering knuckles, forged cross shafts, forged mechanical parts, forged auto parts, forged motorcycle parts, etc. These products are exported to the United States, Canada, Spain, Sri Lanka, and Thailand.

    Our company has strong technological force, complete and excellent production equipment, advanced technologies and whole testing facilities. We have strong product research and development capabilities and adopt CAD/CAM to design new products. Now our company has 6 forging production lines with 5 heat treatment lines. We can produce 0.1kg-150kg forging parts. The materials include Carbon steel (1045, 1035, 1025, 1020, 1010 and so on), alloy steel (4140, 4137, 4130, 5140, 5120 and so on), and stainless steel (F5, F11, F22, F304, F304L, F321, F316, F316L, F44, F51, F53, F310 and so on). Our company has advanced processing equipment, like CNC machining centers, CNC milling machines, EDM machine tools, WEDM and lathes, milling machines, and grinding machines for the drilling and production of all die on the equipment. The annual forged product capacity of our company is 10000 tons.

    The main hot die forging equipment include hot die forging double friction presses (1600T, 1000T, 630T, and 400T), air hammers, 200 ton punching machines, Sand rolling machines, round steel cut machines, sawing machines, coal gas furnaces, and 5 web-strip hot resistance furnaces.

    The main test machines include sclerometers, hydraulic universal testing machines, magnaflux, carbon and sulfur analyzers, metallographic analysis instruments, and spectrum meters.
