    A Genius Technology for Plastic Compounding

    We would like to bring to your attention a Genius Technology for Plastic Compounding, namely, PLATEX : Planetary Roller Extruders that we manufacture in Istanbul. PLATEX is the best Extruder on the Planet for plastification, homogenization, dispersion of most plastics such as: Soft PVC, Rigid PVC, Wood-Plastic Composites, Acrylics, PE+Composites etc.

    For example, It can most efficiently plastify PVC with 5 times more CaCO3 for the manufacturing of PVC Cable Filler obtaining still perfect flexibility, plasticity and insulation properties. 1 mt long Planetary Roller Extruder is equivalent to 12 mt. long Twin-Screw Extruder in Plastification /Homogenization terms. Therefore our Cable Manufacturer customers are using upto 5 kg CaCO3 for every 1 kg PVC in Cable Filler type. They are obtaining perfectly plastified and soft-flexible Filler.
