    AE make Positive Displacement (PD) Flow Sensors are used for a wide range of liquids to be measured accurately in various industry segments.

    AE flow sensors range from 10mm NB to 80mm NB, having flow ranges from 0.2 to 1300 LPM with unmatched accuracy of + 0.2% of
    the measured value with negligible pressure drop.

    AE flow sensors are manufactured under stringent quality norms as mentioned below.

    The quality assurance program begins with our Incoming Inspection department. Every products component first undergoes rigorous inspection to ensure quality.

    Castings are of LM6 / SS 316 and are procured from one of the leading casting founders in India. The castings come along with test a certificate, which entails proper material composition.

    The castings are then machined by CNC for accuracy/ precision. And thereafter undergo plating treatment for corrosion resistance & longevity and pressure testing for leakage.

    AE electronic counter is compact and comprises of a reliable mask ; programmed single chip microprocessor.

    AE electronic counters are housed as per IP65 standards / Flame proof to IS 2848-2004 certified by CMRI Dhanbad for Gr. II A, IIB, & IIIC areas. The electronic instrument is upgradable for complete automation.

    AE flow sensors are tested for accuracy on a test rig certified by Weights & Measures Department. Our final assembly and testing steps ensure the best possible product to our customers.
