    NTB SUPPLY GROUP LIMITED is a Manufacturing and Trading Group, under German Ownership and Management with two independently registered companies in Mainland China. We have offices in Beijing and Tangshan in China, Hong Kong, Bangkok/Thailand, Bangalore/India, and Augsburg/Germany.

    Manufacturing facilities are located in Tangshan and Wuxi.

    NTB Supply Co., Ltd. (Beijing) is the company dealing with all overseas markets (Import/Export).

    Tang Shan Oumeida Metal Structure Manufacturing Ltd. mainly operates in China and manufactures Metal Parts and Components.

    NTB SUPPLY GROUP LIMITED is specialised in:

    Forged Steel Parts, like shafts up to 40 tons in weight and 16m in length. Either pre-or finished machined. Mainly used for large machinery, fans, roller mills or ships.

    Forged Rings up to 5200mm and several tons in weight.

    Tie-Rods and Tie-Bars, Ground and Concrete Anchors for various uses in construction.

    Steel and Iron Castings from 1 to 200 tons. Either pre or finished machined.

    Our production facilities are new, and have ISO9001:2000 Certification.

    We have Manufacturers Approval Certificates for Forgings and Castings from several certifying organizations such as CCS, and Product Qualification Certification from TUV, GL, ABS BV, etc.

    The Forge was newly built in 2006 and the Foundry in 2008, and use the most modern State of the Art equipment and machinery. Heat Treatment is done In-house. Both factories have been audited by several overseas clients, and passed with the best possible results.

    The Forge and the Foundry have their own modern Testing Laboratories and highly qualified Quality Control Teams.

    Quality Control with Ultrasonic, Liquid Penetration, and Magnet Powder Testing, Chemical (24 elements) and Mechanical Analysis.

    We supply Inspection Certificates acc. to DIN EN 10204-3.1. for every shipment, either in English or German.

    In addition to our own production, we act as Outsourcing Agents for several European companies, and source for example: Precision Machined Industrial Parts and Components made of different Metals. Drop-Forgings, Investment-Castings, Die-Castings, Stamped and Deep-drawn Parts, Sheet Metal Housings and Cabinets (i.e. Fire-Hose Cabinets). We ensure that our clients receive the quality they demand at the best possible price. With our own In-House Sourcing and Quality Control Team, we source the material, supervise the production, control the quality, and coordinate the transports.

    We can boast excellent contacts within various industries in China and overseas due to our longstanding relationships and Know-How.
