    PRIME COAL / ALLIANCE

    Prime Coal is the official marketing representative for an alliance of Indonesian steam coal suppliers offering a full range of gross calorific values ranging from 5000 to 7000 Kcal/kg. The alliance consists of seven coal mining entities with approximately 16 active mines in Indonesia and other locations. The alliance is supported by a large public company who is also a coal-producing member of the Alliance with its own shipping division. Additional shipping and logistics support is provided by two shipping companies with non-mining Alliance membership. We are currently evaluating other mining companies who have expressed an interest in becoming productive members of the Alliance.

    The Alliance mining members have coal concessions well in excess of 50,000 hectares and reserves in excess of 100 million metric tons. Current coal production and shipping capacity exceeds 500,000 metric tons per month, depending on weather conditions.

    By forming the Alliance, the group is strategically positioned to accommodate large orders and long term contracts throughout the Asia-Australasia region. Any mine forced to postpone production due to inclement weather or other uncontrollable delays is supported by other members to ensure contracted shipments proceed as planned. In addition to the cooperative nature of the Alliance, Prime Coal is active in the field to supervise the production, blending, logistics, analysis and loading processes for all major orders through the Alliance utilizing experienced and professional engineers and mining personnel. The group is also comprised of experience finance and banking personnel who can assist with the payment process. We offer a 2% performance band in support of all purchase transactions.
