    NANYO CO.,LTD. is established in 1984, our main operations are design, development, manufacture and sales of the cosmetic production machine. We have much experience to deliver our machine to many Japanese cosmetic brands since our establishment. In these few years, we started strong sales activity for overseas, and our export ratio is increasing year by year. We believe it is very important to fulfill required specification and standard such as CE from each client, in the detail and flexibly. We would like to present you in oversea the high quality and accurately cosmetic production machine which is used in Japan.

    Q : Why NANYO is strong in the cosmetics production machine?
    A : Our president had worked in cosmetic OEM company in Japan for 18 years, before NANYO establishment. He had been in charge of formulation development, raw material analysis, pan/container selection, production control include trouble shooting, machine maintenance, quality control, sales activity and so on in his previous company. But he couldn't find any satisfactory cosmetics production machine in his previous company, so he established NANYO to design and manufacture the cosmetics production machine. Now it goes by about 30 years, so NANYO is in superior position of the technology development both hardware and software, from cosmetics production to finished product.

    Q : What is the machine design concept?
    A : Providing high-value added cosmetics. And point of view such as machine downsizing, energy saving, digitalization, general versatility, safety, increase productivity and reduce skilled worker process.

    Q : What about patent?
    A : We actively work on application and acquisition of patent and utility model for our new technology development, and all of these ideas are accepted by cosmetics manufacture company in Japan and oversea.

    Q : What is NANYO sales style?
    A : Basically, no matter what Japan and oversea, we have business and sales directly with our machine user without any trading company. So we can communicate efficiently and reduce misunderstanding each other such as required specification, quality and so on.

    Q : Which country NANYO has experience of export?
    A : We have experience to export our machine in China, France, Indonesia, Korea, Mexico, Philippine, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, UK and US.(Alphabetical)

    Q : Is it possible for NANYO to conform to CE regulation?
    A : Yes, we already have experience to export our machine which conforms to CE for Europe. We carry out the risk assessment (mechanical/electrical safety) in design stage. And we check the each customer's safety requirement after the machine is assembled. If it is necessary, we arrange the safety validation by third party. Then we will prepare the self-declaration of conformity documentation
