    Dongguan City Fangling Precision Mould Co., Ltd., located in Humen, Dongguan City, China mainland, is a manufacturer established in 2004. With more than 7 years of professional production experience, we have perfect processing equipment and superb production technology.

    Our main products are plastic injection mould parts for household appliances and auto equipment based on customers' drawings or requirements, connector components, standard mould parts, grinding machined parts, jigs and many kinds of mould designs.

    Our processing departments are divided into QC section, grinding section, EDM section and Wire cutting section. Each part is under each level check to confirm perfect product quality. Management department also perform regular check to ensure the best results.

    We adopt Taiwan grinding and milling machines and use many imported precision equipment such as Sodick EDM, Mitsubishi mirror spark machines, Wire cutting machines, Projectors, TRIMOS Altimeters and Microscopes. The grinding accuracy can reach +_0.001mm and the EDM accuracy can reach +_ 0.002mm.

    With highly accurate imported equipment, strong technical team and efficient management, we have cooperated with many foreign factories like FCI, DIO, L&M, ADC, FOX and so on. Our products have been exported to Japan, the USA, England and many European countries.
