    YUEI Precision (Huizhou) Co., Ltd., located at Zhongkai High-Tech Industrial Development Zone of Huizhou, Guangdong Province, is a precision fastener manufacturer founded as the subsidiary of UNION Seimitsu (JAPAN) Co., Ltd. in 1995. The second plant was developed with an additional investment of USD7.5 million in 2006. Corporate assents reach RMB130 million.

    We introduce supermatic production equipment and ERP software system, and specialize in developing, producing and selling high precision screws, such as hard disk drive screws, self-tapping screws, coating screws, water-proof sealing screws, head coating screws, special use screws, precision shafts, pins and other fastening parts. Annual production capacity achieves more than 6 billion pieces.

    We do all the manufacturing processes, such as forming, rolling, heat treatment, surface treatment, thread rod and head painting, checking and selecting, EDI ultra-pure water treatment, vacuum packaging inside 100-grade clean room, etc. inside our company or our subsidiary. We are strict with the quality control and timely delivery. So far, we have had more than 20 new type and practical patents.
