    We would like to inform you that our material is an eco friendly material made from agriculture base material and it is not an additive. Please allow us to brief explain to you our Photo Biodegradable Master Batch.

    Our product namely KANJI; when incorporated with the conventional plastic resin rendered degradation which commonly took off between 3 months - 3 years. The KANJI can be blended well with PS, PE and also PP.

    There are no other changes required in your machinery except the fine tune on the parameter setting. Our technical teams will definitely help you when the needs arise.
    The beauty of KANJI is, it rendered the end product degradation when it is been disposed or thrown to the land fill. The microorganisms such as bacteria, algae and fungus will attack the area of low molecular weight and simultaneously breaking the molecular chain. Finally it will turn in to CO2 and H20 which is required in the photosynthesis and generated a complete ecosystem.

    If the end products been added with photo Sensitizer, the photo sensitizer will help to absorb ultra violets radiation from the sun light which created energy to break down the molecular weight. Eventually it will become fragile and fragment, where biodegradation will be taken place. The speed of the degradation will solely depending on the Environmental factor such as temperature, humidity, colony of microbes, sun light and also the ratio of KANJI been incorporated in the end products.

    On top of that, KANJI also been tested and certified on: -
    1. FDA CFR 21 Part 177.1520 which had been given clearance to contact with food,
    2. QB/T2461 1999 standard on Biodegradable
    3. Heavy Metal European Standard
    4. ISO 14855 Biodegradable
    5. ASTM D 5071-99- Photodegradable Plastic in a Xenon Arc Apparatus (SIRIM Report No: PTC/ER05/223)
