Introduce:: Auxiliar Conservera is a leading manufacturer in Europe of metallic packages and easy open ends of which we are a pioneering company in the metal canning industry.
All our packages have organic coverings suitable for food canning , according to the effective legislation (FDA and communitarian directors)
With respect to the outer treatment, we offer the possibility of customizing the packages (lithographed, varnished in colourless or gold)
The lateral weld - super-wima type - applied in our three pieces packages provides a suitable disposition of points of weld reducing overlaps of material. Likewise, the weld is innerly protected with a thermoplastic white polyester band that prevents from product-package interaction, and externally with an epoxi-colourless varnish.
The oval package of two pieces has finishing of varnish inner, resistant varnish to the resistant sulfuration and to average acids. The use of this package is apt for all kind of tunas, whether tuna in brine, in oil, in pickle sauce, etc.
Also our easy opening covers are re-varnished with a electrophoresis treatment, removing the damages generated during the mechanization of the covers in our easy opening presses. All processed with the latest engineering equipment.
