    Armasan vakum ambalaj sanayi ticaret limited sirketi, which was founded in 1989 in the principle to bring the plastic packaging new projects, high quality, dominant technology and maximum customer gratitude, became more effective in the package sector by providing products to different labour branch areas and is continuing its operations in a period of growing and developing every other day. Considering to these it consolidated the know -how partnership, which continued since 1996 with stager co+ag, which is the number 1 in the packaging sector in europe for 145 years, to a 49% stager 51% armasan partnership in 2001. However it operates together in projects and technology studies.
    With the hugh investment and daily growing capacity of 7.5 tons, armasan-stager
    Is one of the leading companies in the sector and is operating on a 3.500 sqm covered area with the permission of the agriculture ministerium.
    With its research&developmentdepartment it is providing the sector to everyday changing demands and developing these in conjectural backround for the future with new and wide variety products like ; stationary, food, automotive, cosmetics, toys, industrial products, promotion, textile and many other sectors. About the hygienic subject, it takes inspection by aib(americaninstitute of bakers) and it is proud of the degree it took by the scoring.

    Products
    1-cylinder box
    To produce normal, de lux and conical cylinder boxes which can be transparent, serigraph printed and offset printed is made with ultrasonic welding. The measure of the products can be producted from 60 mm to 200 mm scale and can have a height from 50 mm to 330 mm. It has a daily operation capacity of 1.5 tons.

    2-square box
    Ultrasonic welding and sticking is used by the square box, which is produced with automotic machines. The minimum and maxsimum operation measures are:.
    Height 25 mm-60 mm
    Breadth 100 mm-350 mm
    Lenght 60 mm-220 mm
    The products can be made transparent, serigraph and offset printed. The material operation daily capacity is 500 kg.

    3-folding boxes
    The full automotic machines, which provide the producing of the folding boxes, are working in a three-point sticking property system and the feasibilty measures, with and without offset printings, are minimum 30*30*30 and maximum 300*300*300. Daily capacity is 2 tons.




    4-thermo form
    The maximum measures of the vacuum boxes are 460 mm * 565 mm, which are produced with thermoform machines automatically and manually. Daily material operation capacity is 3,5 tons.
