    Ningbo Zhuoli Moulds & Plastics Co., Ltd. is located in Ninghai County, which is a world-famous production base of stationery and moulds. It takes 60 minutes' drive from Ningbo to Ninghai.

    Ningbo Zhuoli Moulds & Plastics Co., Ltd. is a joint venture enterprise and was founded in 2000. We specialize in the design and manufacture of injection moulds. Our company passed ISO9001:2000 quality system management certification in 2004.

    Our company covers an area of 6500sqm, including a workshop of 3500sqm. Moreover, Our ISO9001:2000 certified factory is equipped with two large-size double principal axis electricity discharge machines (the size of the oil tank: 3m*1.5m*0.8m), a CNC Gantry milling machine, die spotting machine of 300 tons and high-speed precision engraving machines. Our company has more than 20 sets of modern processing equipment, including Imported processing Centers (NC) and digital control electricity discharge machines. Based on these advantages, our annual sales revenue reaches over 20 million Yuan.

    Our company is equipped with many kinds of top grade software, like CAD, CAE and CAM, to ensure the accuracy of data from different customers and of different formats. Besides, we have 125 employees, including more than 10 senior technicians and 12 designers. Most of our mould designers have been in the field for over 10 years. They've mastered both 2D and 3D technologies and their skills grow with the development of computerized tools. Our company has reliable management modes and strictly complies with ISO9001:2000 standard. We have strict quality control from design and manufacture to shipment.
