    Cixi Yayu Rubber Products Co., Ltd. was established in 2006 in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China. We started producing various rubber and rubber-metal binding parts early in 1998.
    Our products are widely used in automobiles, lamps, sanitary ware, electrical appliances etc. for sealing and shock-absorption. After developing for more than 10 years in this field, with great support among our clients from all over the world. We have become a valuable OEM&ODM manufacturer.

    Our engineers can tailor rubber parts for you according to the required performance, quality and price.They can use CAD, Pro/E, Solidworks and UG to draw your ideas or prototype as per your offered samples,our abundant experience in rubber prodution will make us trustworthy for you.

    Silicone, EPDM, NR, NBR, SBR, CR, IIR (Butyl), IR, ACM, FKM (Viton) and HNBR, especially foam-rubber in Natural, EPDM and silicone are all available.

    3. Most importantly, we have advanced unvulcanized rubber-making machines and vulcanizers.
    a,Banbury, kneaders and mixing mills for rubber compounding enable us to control the hardness and quality well.

    b,Rubber-injection and vacuum vulcanizers with processing ability of 45, 50, 65, 100, 165 and 200&300 tons can produce rubber parts with very slim lines and smooth surface. Especially, the defection rate will be low. Therefore, both high quality and low price can be achieved here.

    4. Various professional testing instruments for rubber parts.
    Electrical ovens for aging resistance test, CNC electronic pulling machines for tensility test, metal boxes with plate inside to test vulcanization and durometers can accurately make our rubber parts meet your requirements, like ASTM standard.
